Each team works well by itself, nobody plays well with others.
We find out what we support when emails are sent house wide.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Pushing older employees out to save money
Regularly reminded that we can be outsourced.
They love to challenge you. I've been left doing the work of 3-4 people regularly.
Suggestions for improvement
- Actually empower workers to do what is needed and make the changes required to do what you need. Stop with the need to micromanage each and every little aspect of work.
