Nurse For the best Children's Hospital in America
All talk, no action.
Support from management
Minimal support, not given time or equipment to do job properly.
The Most important thing in nursing, manager made it adversarial.
Freedom to work independently
Only if I could read manger's mind, and perform as she would do.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Cheaper to pay for non experienced workers, than ones with experience.
Never encouraged to take classes, volunteer for company events.
Office / Work Environment
As a person who worked outside an office, did not like to come into the office.
We Need more, more ,more
Great image within community.
For nearly 3 years, I never knew if one day I would be brought in and fired.
As a HomeCare worker, more can be done to support safety.
Great job, poor manager.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diversity training available and encouraged but no support for your everyday person. No support for someone who does not fall within a special group.
