Unfortunate management should look at work culture in the Divisons
Surprisingly not the doctors or nurses or manager ...
Support from management
Too little too late
Fend for yourself if you can't massage egos of female office staff
Freedom to work independently
Monitored by those that aren't your higher ups constantly. Very nosey.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The older office staff allows gossip and joins in then acts oblivious. I had a coworker that made up a reaction if you sighed...
Office / Work Environment
Good image on the surface but if staff (gossip mom gets) continues to run out good employees who knows . It would be a shame to see ped. Uro suffer as the physicians are amazing.
Depends on the undermining of coworkers
Suggestions for improvement
- Management is undermined by employees and some long time employees thus damaging the reputation of an otherwise good place. Very catty jealous women. Very high school and childish vindictive office staff. Micromanaging coworkers seeking validity
What I like about the company
Love of healing children, amazing physicians, nurses and managers that really try to maintain ethics
What I dislike about the company
Worked with insecure troublemakers , gossiping
