They lose office management often, about every two months they have new people running the place.

You agree to a shift they offer you, then turn around and give it to someone else. Every two months they have a meeting, their rules and policies change just as often. They tell you one thI got then the next day you get scolded for doing it.
You text or call for emergencies, they rarely answer, end up having to call every number in the employee handbook before you get things taken care of. Their transportation department hardly ever answers the phone, I've been stranded with clients at places for more time then should be allowed, clients have been havingredients to wait almost an hour after the transportation was scheduled to pick them up, you have to call the director about 6 or 7 times before they finally answer.
