You had to work independently because your boss had no clue what they were doing. Every week we were ask to use a different report as back up.
The department had meetings but it was not effective.
I can tell you for a fact. A senior person (supervisor) was receiving 3K more than the group she was supervising. Document was left on that person desk when he left the company.
Only certain department are giving that option.
Overall compensation for your work
You are allocate work that cannot be completed in 40 hour week. You are not compensated fir your over time.
Family was part of the company wirk life balance but no more. Saying it and doing it is completely different
I once was proud but no more. Upper management is clue less. Just sit and have meeting and receiving bonus and high pay salary.
Company allocated task for two people duty to one petson just to save money.
Never had a traing regarding prevention of accident in the work place.

- They are secret discrimation with in the company. There is a one way rule. Bosses are not given the same discipline as employees
