Support from Management
I had no upper management support. They had their own agendas and just did not wish to here or help with you issues. There was no training or support to teach you their software. The office did not have the supplies you needed to do your job properly. The invoices were always late being approved for payment, so you had to constantly lie and say you didn't get the bill, or making pay arrangements with vendors for later. And you never knew when your Internet would be shut off for non payment. I was there two weeks and I started dreading going to work. The atmosphere was pressure was depressing.
They have a good vacation package and sick days. But you had to give 30 days notice to take a vacation. It must be in writing on company forms. Forms that are not provided to you. You get to find them on your own. Management gives you the impression of resentment when you do take off.
