The CEO makes working at CPC a nightmare for everyone.
Suggestions for improvement
- To realize that it is far better to manage by setting a good example than to manage by fear and a threatening demeanor. An employee needs to see those they are lead by be respectful and kind to others, and to be able to believe in those they are lead by. CPC has a wonderful group of staff and physicians but are held back by staff feeling as though they have no importance and are unappreciated.
