Employees often felt high levels of stress, frustration, and often felt overwhelmed with their work loads. Though employees were friendly and trustworthy, the overall climate made the job extremely difficult.
Support from Management
Instructions were not always clear, and employees were often left to figure out how to resolve difficult scenarios when support was needed.
Employee ideas were considered but often discarded for antiquated methods or methods that limited positive results for no apparent reason.
