The Management team above me gave very little guidance, and took no responsibility for their inept actions.
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay equivalent or exceeding the market, plus better training to accomplish expectations.
What I like about the company
There was room for some license and freedom to be creative with dishes at times.
What I dislike about the company
The owners did not ensure that there was proper training, but expected excellence. The pay was substandard for the requirements and responsibility.
