My immediate supervisor is a Top notch woman. She is the kind that you want to do your best for.
It is not a place of trust and secrecy over nothing of value. The owner is ever present and has trust issues
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay the people what they are worth. Have enough faith that those they have employed to they jobs. Stop with the petty micro managing. It is like working in the dead zone there In order to make it a better place to work, spend the extra money to at least purchase the paper towels for the kitchen, coffee, cream and sugar for the employees. It was mind boggling that the owner would not spring for the little things that make a difference in how the atmosphere of the office could be. The potential is there for a good work experience.
