The company culture is dismal at best. The Upper management likes to micro manage every detail and is punitive. It causes great stress on many of the very talented lower management and employees.
Support from Management
The employees all seemed to work well together and would be very helpful, the direct management were some of the best there is.
Level of Autonomy
Work distribution is crazy. There are a few of the people who have more work then humanly possible to do and are so far behind and then there are those who have nothing. It is a trust issue.
