I love the culture in my home office.

I support myself wonderfully. Anything I think is right to do, I approve of.
Teamwork does not apply, as I am the only person.

Being my own boss, I can do whatever I please, take the jobs I want, and refuse those I don't

Nonexistent benefits, and salary is based on amount of work taken in.

Great working conditions - get to play with my cats whenever I choose.
I am very socially aware.
When you are a sole proprietor, it can be difficult to turn off the work.
I maintain a platinum reputation and image.
As long as work comes in, I have some stability; but this job is usually feast or famine.
My home office is quite accessible.

Love what I do, especially if it stretches me in new ways. Once finished, I am very proud of what I have accomplished.

Since I'm the only person, it's a little hard to be diverse.

The up and down nature of the business. Hard to plan when you don't know if the next month will be busy or completely flat.
