Suggestions for improvement
- Get off the cloud you drift on and talk to your employees as a peer - just because you are paid more, doesn't make you better than your staff. Most of management wouldn't be were they were if not for staff.
I like about the employer
The products produced were an asset to the community
I dislike about the employer
Management doesn't have a clue how the staff works. Many employees are treated *special* when they are just as experienced as other. Preferential treatment is actually in ALL departments - Maintenance is the worst offender
