Suggestions for improvement
- In order to improve the company they must first work ethically, respect their employees and once they put employees first before sales, they will have happy employees and increased sales

Things I did not like about the Fresh Market are:
Management picks an employee for advancements prior to posting. You could be better qualified for the position but if you weren't selected by management than you are wasting your time by applying.
Unethical management-if a asst manager or manager is reported for doing something unethical or downright unlawful than that manger is moved AND promoted to another store.
You are told you can take two ten minute breaks in an eight hour shift but don't try to use them because it is frowned upon.
Safety is at the bottom of management's list. Burned yourself? Good luck finding anything to relieve it. Also you are encouraged by management to not report accidents and to say you did it at home.
