Suggestions for improvement
- Don't be cheap. Basically, they never spent any money on anything that was needed but not absolutely required by law, and even broke the teacher-child ratio laws to squeeze more children in and make more money. Needed supplies that were inexpensive and yet would have made a world of difference for everyone involved. Fewer kids-to-teacher, so that we can actually do all the things we say we are going to do. Help your employees, care about the children.
I like about the employer
Nothing at all. I can't think of a single good quality to the place.
