Suggestions for improvement
- Promote someone who is not afraid to get dirty.
Micro managing to its best, no one has a clue on how to manage employees, or how to positively influence workers, also very petty and just make up policies as they go along, not even job related, the security team is a joke ran by an awful administration.
Great people, just work on a very horrendous group.
