Leadership is only concerned with how to keep their own jobs and not with doing the ethical and right thing. Employees as given extremely unrealistic and unattainable goals given staffing ratios and work volume.
Daily work by staff is positive and professional. However, with the lack of realistic expectations put in place by management, the majority of staff are unwilling to honestly comment in staff meetings as this increases the scrutiny they are put under.
