Suggestions for improvement
- Maybe do random surveys at random times My supervisor did not like the fact that I did not go along with her recomendations on the surveys . Was told they were unidentifiable and yet supervisor knew what was put on her survey. Not good for company or our elderly customers. Hartford carries on about how they love the AARP customers but they think the elderly are afraid of losing their driving privileges so they're taken advantage of.
What I like about the company
Absolutely nothing! They are listed as a ethical company because when employers are given surveys the supervisors go around and check your survey and make sure all outstanding are checked off then you can submit survey to company
What I dislike about the company
The only people important enough to listen to are Supervisors and management If you do get through to the home office its usually to late to save AARP customers or yourself from there wiles.
