Company has shown discriminatory behavior towards religious affiliations. My religion was openly mocked and when I reported it, I was retaliated against.
Suggestions for improvement
- You cannot retaliate against employees who ask meaningful questions and persecute people based on their religious affiliations. You say you want engagement but are ready destroy anyone who does not agree with you in every way. This is going to blow up in your faces. Your staff is terrified of you. You have shown a propensity for embracing groupthink and cronyism and this needs to stop. It is unbelievable whom you have passed over and whom you have actually promoted. Dont play games with the expense reports. Get a claims system that actually tracks the work your people do. It is inexcusable that you cannot even tell how many claims your people are getting. By the way, 79 field claims per adjuster per month is ridiculous. Inside people were only getting 81! If you dont get it together, no one will work for you. People want to see their families once in a while.
