There is no fairness or trust.
Support from Management
There is no leadership in this office. She tends to NOT take responsibility in making decisions. She also tends to put patients aside and charge them based on where they live not how much the product costs.
There is NO teamwork. Any teamwork that has been implemented is quickly removed by Owner.
Level of Autonomy
90% of the work is done by the Office Manager. The owner/specialist is never available for patients and tends to not show up for work or come in late on daily basis. Office manager is responsible for specialist workload and her own workload.
