Suggestions for improvement
- too many things to fix.
No training, no clear direction or expectations, and they yell and demean you.
Sometimes it's as if women are preferred.
Company growth is dismal but the array of experience can easily be taken to greener pastures.
Pay is way below industry/market averages.
Executives yell and demean employees, will even get into shouting matches with fellow family members. Crying and law suites are the norm.
The negative environment helps to develop a strong rapport and bond with fellow colleagues who are struggling for a paycheck like you are.
Micromangement and no clear training or instructions.
