Suggestions for improvement

  • Simplify the earned time program to remove bonus days, and just bump up the accruals per pay period to make up the difference. Do a better job sharing information on perks with both new and existing employees because things like fitness discounts, career training opportunities, and tuition reimbursement are very appealing to many workers.
