Suggestions for improvement
- Compensation, better day care options.
In-house management tends to work in unison with staff members, & it almost becomes a second family.
Higher up management does not give the feeling that they value their employees.
seasoned employees work great together & work is done seamlessly.
Lower lever employees rarely are given a voice or opportunity to voice opinions, & when they are it is almost never taken seriously.
