Suggestions for improvement
- Pay employees in accordance with the market rates for their positions, offer discounted parking or reimbursment for parking in the expensive garages, hire managers that are actually effective at managing departments.
What I like about the company
Good benefits. The name of the institution. Christmas parties are usually nice.
What I dislike about the company
Pay is far lower than median for the area- sometimes even Nationally, poor management, no advancement opportunities for majority of positions held.
