Suggestions for improvement
- Properly train your staff and put them into roles to succeed. Give them a 3 month probationary period. If they are hired right out of college you HAVE TO MICROMANAGE them. College students might not have the type of work ethic someone is looking for when it comes to sales. If they do, you will definitely see sales numbers being met out of sales training, but give them a chance if you willing to hire them!
