No sense of accomplishment or recognition when a job is well done.
Support from management
Too many "bosses" who don't know what the other ones are doing. No consistency. No management structure. No incentives. Tell you one thing, but does another. No teamwork...lots of drama and backstabbing.
Too much drama, backstabbing and trying to get each other in trouble
Freedom to work independently
Workload isn't fair to anyone...the good workers get all the work while the slackers go out and smoke ten million times in their shift.
