What I like

The consumers/fans are incredible. Getting fans to not drink and drive is saving lives...how can a person not find this to be a rewarding experience.

What I dislike

No room for growth. Management are bullies. Personal safety was constantly ignored.

Suggestions for improvement

Let employees have water for FREE!
Promote from within.
Hire less people straight out of college to be in management positions. They can't even manage their own lives yet.

What I like

The Kraft Group is a diverse employer hiring in a multitude of expertise to ensure successful events at the stadium.

What I dislike

There are no training sessions when you are hired on in club concessions/bar pour.

Suggestions for improvement

Leads and supervisors at the club level are not always qualified for the job they are to perform. Many do not seem to have any professionalism in speaking with the team they are working with for that particular event. They should be monitored for how they assign task, provide feedback, speak to all working a station in front of patrons and they should have a true system on how to "groom" leads and supervisors.

Teamwork

teamwork differs from group to group within the club level of Patriots Place. Not all supervisors, leads and managers speak respectfully.

Support from management

during orientation you are advised of how much on the job training you will receive. unfortunately, if you want to learn something new, or a new skill or cover an area new to you at food & beverage catering division - you must do so on your own.
