Management and owner were ALWAYS supportive of ideas but had a hard time backing return policies with customers.
Overall compensation for your work
The pay was low but based on each individual's responsibility was fare considering one could take on teaching to increase pay.
The company strongly promoted community including volunteers at schools and fund raising
As our customer base had such a broad range, management made sure if stock wasn't physically accessible an employee was right there to help.
Suggestions for improvement
- Perhaps they could invest some into researching how to broaden their customer base.
What I like about the company
The flexibility of available schedule and family feeling provided to all.
What I dislike about the company
They didn't hire employees only self employed "contractors "
