just be the new person that puts owner on a pedestal and your okay until your replaced.
Support from management
Very poor leadership. Management is more worried about their job and keeping owner at bay instead of supporting employees.
Some good people that have good intentions but are not encouraged to work collaboratively.
Very little and not well received.
Just get paid
Overall compensation for your work
Salary was very fair but had no idea how to track or achieve bonus. Only to find out owner does not believe in bonuses...except for the multiple family members on payroll.
just make the bank payment and forget about brand equity.
Day to day
No resources which makes the job extremely challenging.

- I came in with high expectations for this company. Role brought in never materialized, but they got their connections I had

A few good people that I was happy to work with. Brands that have potential.
What I dislike about the company
No Ethics, no strategy, cut throat owner who is interested in inflating ego at expense of anyone.
