Work Standards changed monthly so it was impossible to get a raise.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop changing the standards every month so the employees know what to expect. It is hard to have goals when you have changing standards every month!
What I like about the company
The fact that they paid our premiums for health, dental and vision out of their pocket. Several carry ins.... (meaning like if we worked on Thanksgiving, Christmas... meals were provided)
What I dislike about the company
Changing goals.... so some employees were not able to get a raise. I worked at the same pay level for 8 years.
