Mean coworkers everywhere
Support from management
Management only cares about the mighty dollar, employees are often mistreated by other departments and are then blamed for others mistakes
Nurses are often taking over things and disrespecting the other fields.
Freedom to work independently
You have the freedom to go at the pace of the hospital
Nobody cares about the patients, only their ego
More often than not men are in leadership and any concerns are not as important of coming from a woman.
Attitude towards older colleagues
It's clear people hate their job, and only care about their own ego. No team work.
You sometimes get taught and sometimes not
Overall compensation for your work
Not good pay for the area, opportunities to get awards
Office / Work Environment
Hospitals are already stressful, those who are in supervisory roles are rude, and uncaring.
Only 3 days a week needed for full time, opportunity to pick up extra shifts
Company does a good job marketing itself
Not many people stay long enough to worry about layoffs
Mistakes happen often that injure employees
Inclusive / Diverse
Mostly a white hospital with no regard for others beliefs. Not for those who are LGBTQ either.
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay more, invest in better training of staff, improve leadership
What I like about the company
This is a small hospital. It has exciting opportunities in all areas
What I dislike about the company
I feel undervalued, overworked, and not trained.
