Don't try to be a hero
Then let me go because I took other people's client after they beg me to comma after working over for time hours for another clients. They had no problem with throwing new clients on me and pulling me from ones that wanted me to stay with them. Feel like I was used as bait because I have a great bedside manner. And once the client was secured they moved me to someone else.
Document document document document document I can't say it enough. Every conversation, I suggest doing it through email.
Overall the company is a good company to work for I feel if you just work your client and don't try to help out if it not a hundred percent convenient for you.
Suggestions for improvement
- Maybe provide some sort of child care reimbursement, and make sure not to over schedule people even though they say it's okay.
What I like about the company
I have no problem with getting any documentation that I need it with proof of work. They are very kind they knew how to talk to people. Hours are very flexible on the pay was great
What I dislike about the company
Sometimes they weren't honest with the client when they had to move the nurse. They would tell the client that the nurse going to be moved and that was not the case. Did not inconsiderate about the fact that I had a newborn and there would be times that I need it off when things will come up like emergencies. I did not feel like it was appreciated that even though it was icy and snowy and I still went to work.
