Suggestions for improvement
- Each store needs to have a place for breastfeeding moms to pump. I would allow for a better scheduling method (each employee getting two sundays and one Saturday off a month). For anyone who drives a good distance for work, I would suggest compensation.
What I like about the company
Now that I have two kids, they are working with me to get me to a location closer to home. There is one about 30 minutes from my home, instead of the hour or more I drive now.[
What I dislike about the company
They are taking away different benefits as they move along. After 10 years working with them you used to get a paid sabbatical, which is no longer offered. They no longer do the Christmas party. Raises are not administered very often at all. They do not have an appropriate place (somewhere private, with a plug, that is not a bathroom) for breastfeeding mothers to pump. They do not do paid maternity leave. They only pay you whatever time you have (sick or vacation). They do not match your 401k.
