Suggestions for improvement

  • I feel that ongoing training is necessary, starting with upper management. Many of the directors and supervisors left the agency and the new hires are unfamiliar with the duties of the position.

What I like about the company

Working in a nonprofit agency/ helping profession allows you to feel valued and accomplished at the end of your work day. There are still a few very knowledgable people working here that have a lot to offer those willing to learn.

What I dislike about the company

I did not feel that employees are appreciated for the value of work and effort put into this job. Many of the employees are not treated equally.
