Overall compensation for your work
No over time, holiday pay, holliday pay, benefits, or days off.
90+ hours a week, no overtime pay, no holiday differential, no benefits, no days off. (Required to work 7 days a week) cannot open the doors if knocked upon, shades must be drawn. Owner seemed paranoid about getting sued.
Most businesses that hire them are not satasfied with the way ANYTHING is handled. Including but not limited to collecting bills within 5 days of them being posted.
Constant reminder that you are expendable from company owner.
The only thing challenging, is running software without ANY training and being told to just figure it out that they dont have time to do even a quick run down. Then getting scolded and ridiculed for not having enough detail or taking too long (you should just automatically know how all software, every where is ran before even interviewing)
