Suggestions for improvement
- Better training needs to be implemented. Accountability for actions needs to be enforced. Communication needs to be improved as well as having a outlined channel for communication.
What I like about the company
The staff tend to be friendly and open. The scheduling is all around your availability. There is the ability to transfer to other locations. The pay starts at $2.50 over state minimum wage.
What I dislike about the company
There is a breakdown in communication that is being worked on but it is hard to be heard sometimes. The training is extremely short and lacking.
