Rewards and commendations are a big part of Morley's success.
Support from management
In some areas, the leadership is hands on and they work at achieving success for their employees.
Teamwork is a main goal there
Freedom to work independently
Regular one on one meetings are standard there
It's not male/female inequality. It's a race thing. Hispanics are #1, blacks-2nd, whites are last
Attitude towards older colleagues
They have all sorts of programs for maternity & paternity assistance, but nothing for when an older employee has to care for an aged relative.
Depends on who you know there.
Overall compensation for your work
The wages are confidential but from what I understood, not comparable.
Office / Work Environment

Due to the nature of this 24/7 call center, arrangements for time off had to be given at least 2-3 weeks ahead, which is understandable.
The company image is on the young, upwardly mobile.
You could be let go on a trumped up charge, if you got on the wrong side of a couple of the supervisors in one specific area/department.
yes to accessibility as long as there aren't any disasters. A handicapped person could make it down 3 flights of stairs to the 'safe' area during tornados.
They comply with basic OSHA standards, no extra.
The job is one in which results and accomplishment are immediate.
Inclusive / Diverse
They need some work in this area, especially in regards to older workers.
