Suggestions for improvement
- Less hierarchy within individual areas and remove unnecessary positions in the upper levels of the administration to provide support to students directly. A large part of that is creating spaces that allow employees to be productive and comfortable in their work environment.
What I like about the company
I’m lucky to have a great manager and team to work with!
What I dislike about the company
The institution needs to work to bring social justice to the forefront of the work. In addition, providing work space that is condusive to administrative work would be helpful.
