Family run corporation, family obviously dictates corporate culture, employee's should fly low, do not make waves.
Support from Management
Did not want to hear negative feedback would essentially ignore it.
Any positive progress was attributed the wonderful management capability of the bosses.
Level of Autonomy
Many job descriptions had no bearing on the real situations employee's encountered. The manager wrote the job description without employee feedback.
