- Train upper managers better. Develop real career development and career pathing. Learn how to treat managers and other staff.
I like about the employer
They have good brands of hotels. They keep them maintained and renovated.
I dislike about the employer
Poor upper management that does not know how to develop managers or help when asked. They do not communicate and help hotel management. They have the undisputed tenancy to terminate for no reason.
