Suggestions for improvement
- Management should be more supportive of employees and try to help employees who are struggling with meeting service hours. Management should advocate and enforce life-work balance in order for employees to provide the best services possible for their clients.
I like about the employer
An employee can gain plenty of knowledge about what it is like to work in the mental health field.
I dislike about the employer
There is a lack of life-work balance. Accrued paid-time off must be used if service hours are not meant. Disciplinary action is given if service hours are not meant, and management does not help employees to meet service hours. Service hours are negatively impacted if clients cancel appointments.
