Attitude towards older colleagues
I checked one star for this category only for the purpose of being able to make this comment. I truly feel that I lost my job due to age discrimination by my District Manager. She systematically compiled trumped-up charges against our studio in order to have a reason to discharge me. We were consistantly the third highest earning studio out of eleven in our district month after month.
Suggestions for improvement
- Create an opportunity by the corporate office to entertain the opinions and suggestions of management at the studio level; a place that they often seemed detached from.
