Older building, flood and mold remediation.
Suggestions for improvement
- None. They never listen.
I like about the employer
The residents and families are nice. Some areas were renovated and look nice. The location is close to many retailers.
I dislike about the employer
The staff in the corporate office does not provide adequate support, threatens you with their internal audits, pays very little for aides and uses a lot of agency workers. The managers are told they must work the floors as aides and kitchen help when staffing is low. The staff at the home office doesn't ask for workers' input on any of these issues. The management team is talked down to and there is no work life balance. Many managers work 10-12 hours daily.
