There is never a relaxed atmosphere because incompetent supervisors. The supervisors stab you in the back by promising promotions and giving nothing. ALL employees have funds taken from their paycheck to pay for snacks in the break room that are rarely made available.
Support from management
The supervisors in my department are buffoons. The department is poorly managed because of the incompetence of the supervisors. Everything is done at the last minute.
Colleagues must work together to cover up inept management.
Freedom to work independently
The workload is unfairly distributed. The preference is quantity not quality.

Overall compensation for your work
It is laughable to say that salaries match the responsibilities. You are expected to work 10 - 12 hour days and no overtime. The pay checks are always late.
Office / Work Environment
There are two computer labs with maybe three working computers out of twenty.
The owners are concerned about nothing but the company's image to the public. The facility is lavishly decorated in the front lobby and outer offices
There is no job security
In the department where I worked, there were twenty or more consumers assigned to me. Another staff member might have thirty. The standard is supposed to be 8 - 10 consumers per staff member.
What I like about the company
The facility is in a good location.
What I dislike about the company
Everything you do is under the microscope.
