- More than one individual for employee issues, and be able to know which employees that are dependable, work well with others, and work according to the company policy and procedures outlined.

I Like the opportunity to work, helping our Veterans etc
I dislike about the employer
The Company does not have accountability to all employees, just the ones that is always in trouble and project manager get to know, not the employees that stay under the radar.
