It may somewhat depend on your department and team, but generally the culture is very negative. You cannot trust anyone.
Support from Management
The management shows extreme favoritism to those they like, and micromanages the rest until they can't take it anymore.
It depends on the team you're on. My team has been exclusive of new people and unprofessional.
Level of Autonomy
You may get the same amount of work, but you may be required to work a client that gives bad files with no money. Some get lucky and some don't.
