Suggestions for improvement
- Culture could be improved by offering more employee benefits that make it desirable to be at work. There are more rules than there are benefits offered to employees.
What I like about the company
The people they hire are incredibly smart and capable of doing the job. The recruiting vetting they do is very high.
What I dislike about the company
I disapprove of the lack of innovation and work-life balance that is promoted. Also, there isn't much authority provided to any management, as every single decision has to be approved by the CEO of the company. This means that decisions take a while to bemade, and things generally take a long time to happen. In the marketplace, this is definitely not a company that has the most innovative or forward-thinking ideas/products. It is a very reactive company reacting to the marketplace evolving, and there isa feeling of always trying to keep up, but it's very hard to do with the bureaucracy and red tape.
