Suggestions for improvement
- I would get rid of the only diet drinks policy. If the goal is to be healthy, diet is NOT the way to go. In fact, it’s bad for your health.
I would also re-evaluate the vacation policy.
There is no HR department and the policies and guidelines are not clear on who you should address concerns with.
What I like about the company
I have met some amazing people. If there’s one thing Reynolds does well, it’s hiring awesome coworkers. I’ve had 2 different positions, one that entailed traveling around the country every week and another coming into the office each week. The people made the traveling bearable.
Most managers truly care about you (when upper management doesn’t).
What I dislike about the company
Some of the policies. Only serve diet drinks. Workforce is almost all white. Most upper management is male. In fact, at our company birthday party (2017), the entire VP lineup was male.
