Suggestions for improvement
- Although this does not apply to my direct manager, there are still people here that subscribe to the ""because I said so"" way of thinking. Tenured employees not always encouraged to stay up-to-date on latest trends. Poor structuring on the analytics side.
What I like about the company
Great client roster, supportive management, clean/modern office in a desirable location, competitive compensation, profit sharing plan in addition to 401(k) + matching, sufficient paid time off that increases with tenure.
