There were good, great, and terrible managers Front Office typically had quality managers.
Teamwork and lateral service were the expectation, which wasn't all that bad.
Freedom to work independently
If you had a shred of competence you were able to do as you please as long as you produced results.
I miss the structure but they shove the culture down your throat while not always living up to it themselves.
