The Status Quo Rules. 80% of the leadership team are only high school diploma holders.
Freedom to work independently
You have to wait for orders. There's no freedom, is all about the Status Quo.
A lot of tools are in place but are only use for firing and not for career development.

Poor work life balance
You have to be in Survival mode all the time.
Suggestions for improvement
- Turnover is high, there's no more quality workforce that's willing to work for the company.
What I like about the company
The stories I hear from older colleagues on how good is used to be. Unfortunately I missed all of it.
What I dislike about the company
Leadership in general, most of them don't have college education and promote the likes. If you try to challenge the status quo, you're gone.
