Suggestions for improvement

  • I would implement a strict disciplinary system to make sure that the students are abiding school policies and growing as individual young adults. This act in itself with equipt them for the real world.

What I like about the company

There are a variety of coworkers around who are typically welcoming and encouraging. I have freedom in the classroom and I am trusted by my supervisor.

What I dislike about the company

There is no set school structure or disciplinary system set in place, which often causes issues. Students are disruptive and disrespectful with little or no consequences. Teachers are not observed or given feedback on how to improve in the classroom. The principal is very much removed from what is being taught and practiced in the classroom.
